24 July 2010 - We began selling Co-op memberships.

13 September 2010 - We received our Federal Tax ID number.
7 October 2010 - after multiple meetings to hash them through, we FINALLY ratified our by-laws!
28 October 2010 - we approved the minutes from the previous meeting, identifying signers on a bank account. This was the last item required by the bank to open an account.
30 October 2010 - Our treasurer and president met with bank officials for the final signatures to open our bank account.
(2 November 2010 - My check for membership, which I wrote on 30 July 2010, was finally cashed. Our treasurer had been sweating holding on to all those checks and cash all through the process of becoming a legal entity and setting up our account. I can feel her sigh of relief from here.)
